Use this pillow as a positioning aid in all situations. By a small zipper is the Pillow refillable.

The outer cover is zippered and can be removed for washing. 30 - 40° C.

If necessary, the entire pillow can be washed in a washing machine at 30-40° C. For best results wash in a duvet-cover so that it remains in good shape. Please do not use fabric softener and do not tumble dry. To dry just lay it on a clothes drying rack and shake it through from time to time.
